Failing the CompTIA A+ Essentials

I took the 220-601 yesterday; I got a 670 meaning I missed it by 5 f***ing points. Here's the subjects they said I missed:
2.1 Identify the fundamental principles of using laptops and portable devices.
4.1 Identify the fundamental principles of using printers and scanners.
1.3 Identify tools, diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques for personal computer components.
2.3 Identify tools. basic diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques and portable devices.
6.4 perform preventive maintenance for computer security.
8.1 use good communication skills including listening and tact/discretion, when communicating with customers and colleagues.
6.3 identify tool, diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques for security.
4.2 identify basic concepts of installing, configuring, optimizing and upgrading printers and scanners.

-what to check when a router is unresponsive but the modem is responsive
-how long should you stay on the phone with the customer

-the best way to temporarily assign an automatic ip address
-cheapest way to extend a network to a clients whom is just out or LAN range.
-what's used to terminate coax cabling
-two commands that run registry editor
-three best ways to optimize your system
-what considered a hardware bus(not a networking question)
-what uses light to move data on a network
-what happens when someone in your network has a different ip address than what was originally assigned to him/her
-what part of the hard disk stores data
-why can't power user access every file on a network
-what to do when you have two non-functioning switches are connected to the access point
-Mbps on an 802.11b
-the best way to wipe a hard drive on a computer being sold over the internet
-the most important thing to do when selling a used computer
-what command is used for displaying all hidden files
-two major difference between laptop and desktop CPUs
-what's the default drive letter used when an external hdd is plugged into a computer with a logical partition
-the best thing to do when installing a PnP printer
-two types of authentication(biometrics...etc)
-the best method for backing up a laptop with a docking station used at home and office
-what the first thing damaged on a desktop caused by ESD
-minimum xp installation requirements
-how to updated windows 2000 from service pack 2 to service pack 4
-lowest video resolution on windows xp
-what's kind of network is used for just a home and nowhere else
-what's a good method for keeping a client's computer running at peak performance
-where's a good place for storing backups
-when should you run updates on a fresh windows 2000 install
-what's the fastest way to transfer data between clients wirelessly

This is all that I can remember for now. I know for a fact that there were no irq, com, or modem command bull**** on this exam. And furthermore I can't stand to hear anyone say that this test was easy. IT'S NOT!!! You really have to read the questions twice because the a**holes who wrote the question love to throw curve balls and trick questions. Don't believe the hype....study til your brain falls out, and then study some more. THAT MCGRAW HILL BOOK DOESN'T HELP FOR S*** EITHER; I took the practice exams on the CD and I averaged 88%; look were it got me...a 670. I don't even know how many I got right.

if you passed, don't rub it in by saying the A+ essentials is easy...F*** YOU IF YOU SAY THAT THE A+ IS EASY!!!
